So, my car is found, somewhat.
Ok. So my car was found. They say the current condition is not drive-able. I don't know what they mean by this.
As of now, I can't go look at the car because it is under hold. But pretty much none of the law enforcement knows what's going on right now. My insurance company is trying to find out why the car is on hold. If it isn't on hold, the car will then get towed to the insurance company lot. I'll keep you all updated when I find out more.

Hopefully the just mean that the rims are gone if anything. I'm glad they found it though. If its not too terrible are you going to Fix it?

YES! I kind of figured with as much publicity that it generated it would not be long. If it is being held it is a good possibility that is held for evidence meaning they also know who did it and impounded it till the detectives get all the evidence they need.
 Once your Insurance company pays you for the car, YOU have first rights to purchase it back, most likely for a couple hundred bucks, before it goes to a salvage auction. Make sure you tell them you want it back, it will have a salvage title then, but unless they trashed it completely it would be well worth it. |
