.::Colorado's 2nd BBQ/Meet and Greet: September 20, 2009::.
Hey all,
I am trying to organize another get together on Sunday, September 20th. This will be a fun filled day. We will start off the meet at Bandimere Speedway for the World Tuner Challenge. Link to the event at Bandimere We are planning to meet at the Conoco near Bandimere that morning at 7:30AM. It is located off of C-470 and Morrison Road. After hanging at the track all day we will venture to Clement park for an evening BBQ. We will try to meet around 6:00PM. It will be in the same location as the last meet. Clement park off of Bowles and Wadsworth. 7306 W Bowles Ave, Littleton, CO 80123. We will meet in the parking lot in the northeast corner of the park. Trying to plan this one a little bit more in advance so we can get a an even bigger group than last time. Let me know if you will be able to attend. Also, please let me know what you could bring to contribute. It will be just like last time, everyone and anyone can come and you are not required to bring anything. Everyone chipped in nicely last time and we even had leftovers. More information will be added as the date gets closer. We will start a list of who is coming and what you can bring. Things we will need: 1) Plates 2) Drinks 3) Hamburgers - Cheese 4) Hot Dogs 5) Buns 6) Brauts 7) Any sort of activity items - frisbee, football etc 8) Cooler/Ice 9) Chips 10) Napkins 11) Another small camping grill possibly depending on volume of attendees. If you can think of anything else, let me know and I'll add it to the list. Also, I should have MM decals at the meet so if you want some, just let me know! Hey guys....
I just realized that the World Tuner Challenge is on the 20th at Bandimere and I have to go to that! Should I propose that we should head to that to show/drag the cars and then we could meet up at Clement Park later as the show/drags start at 8 am.. Anyone care to chime in? My brother will be coming as well.
