Well I have a sawsall or however you spell it and I now have the tiny power steering cooler installed, but I have to wait till tomorrow to get the actual cooler in, too much cutting shit out

I used a circular saw on one of my DSMs. It worked really well actually. Just like notching wood.
The bumper is a bitch. I used a razor blade. It was a pain in the dick.

FMIC's are a love & hate relationship. They are beneficial and help make power, but they suck ass trying to install. Good luck and post some more pics.

Fmic ftl! I hate installing mine....still haven't got it perfect yet....grr

Why dont you just get rid of the p/s cooler, you dont need it. Just loop the lines at the resivior.

That's what I did but the SOB whines like hell when I turn at all.

Well it was a really easy deal, its a deral miny power steering cooler it only took about 15 min to install, and it was 27 bucks shipped brand new so I thought it was just the safer route to go.

Ya i just rerouted my power steering by the resivoir.. Seems to have worked well so far. Looks good.. Your still missing your headlight ;)

on the FMIC install on did on a buddys 2g we didn't relocate the PS line...

hmm really? well I had to this sits pretty snug against the frame and its THICK!!!! 3.5" so I def needed the room, the new ps cooler sits against the a/c condensor

Looks good....Just did a fmic install on a 95 gst....Hanh fmic kit...PS cooler lines is sitting behind the fmic.....I have a pic on my phone of the fmic bolted up but can't find my damn card reader...The car will actually be on the forums soon...
