That color looks perfect with silver wheels and a lip. Nice pics man.

What wheels are they btw?

Thanks Rob.

They are 18 inch TSW revos.
I like the rims alot but im thinking of downgrading to some stock 17 inch gsx wheels and painting them gunmetal. And then use the extra money on go fast parts.

I'd stick with those wheels myself, but i suppose some stockers would add to the sleeper effect;)

Awesome car man!
I say downgrade to lighter wheels and thicker tires. Other than that it's awesome!

Yeah it's dropped already. I don't think I could lower it anymore, I can barely get into my driveway as is.

Car looks sick, keep it up!
I'll be watching to see how you do with it, hope you meet your goals. Goodluck!!!!
Seems like anyone that runs a holset turbo loves them.

My vote is for a nice set of 15" rims.:thumb

Thats everyone for the compliments and stuff.

And eviltsi your my 7bolt inspiration!!
I am getting back on the dyno on meth, and with arp head studs in a month or so hopefully, hoping to break 400. Ive never pulled my head before though so I am a little nervous but it should be chill.
I wish the track was open though.

I just finished pulling my head and installing arps and a new headgasket. I took tons of pics and am doing a write up! If you want to plan it out early enough... I might be able to come up and help if you want...

DsmPat

Dude a write up would be freakin awesome!!!

I really appreciate the offer, but you dont have to drive all they way over here. I will be able to get it done, and if I need any help my dad is a pro.

How long did it take you about? Did you do the timing belt at the same time?

PandaMan
01-08-2009, 11:58 AM
I don't remember how long it took to get the head off. Maybe around 2 hours? (I had never done anything like that before so I moved slow) My friend helped me with the timing belt, but I used the one that was already on the car.

YOU DID WHAT?!?! Oh no. Never re-use a timing belt unless it's been run for very low miles.

Car is fawking hot mang!!! How do you like the HX35? I'm thinking about getting one in the middle of summer after some fun with the 16g. Lip from MachV?

DsmPat
01-08-2009, 02:41 PM
The lip is from home depot.

And I love the hx35, its alot of fun. I need more boost to really wake it up though.

Thanks Dom!
